Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Orevia reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
Incomplete customer information
In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Product missing from the package
Order cancelled before shipment
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Used or opened products
Minor packaging damage during shipping
Allergic reactions or personal skin sensitivity
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank
Cash On Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed through bank transfer after verification.
Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase/order ID is required
Return request must be raised within the specified time period
